Alex is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has combined his background in Western Medicine with his knowledge of holistic and functional medicine to help others live a happier, healthier life. Alex is also an ultra marathon runner, bodybuilder, ironman triathlete and lover of all superfoods. Anna has a B.A. in psychology from UCLA and a minor in food studies. She earned her certificate in plant based nutrition from Cornell University and received her yoga teacher training abroad.
