Yes they are!
A majority of our food products are naturally gluten-free. Not all of our products are Certified Gluten-Free though, meaning they may have been produced in a non gluten-free facility. If you have a gluten allergy, please be sure to check the product information before ordering (we disclose on each product page whether a product is Certified Gluten-Free or Naturally Gluten-Free)!
You will need to create an account before placing an order. Most of our communication regarding your order occurs automatically through the email used to create your account.
You will be charged tax based on the destination province or territory that your order is being shipped. Your required tax will be calculated at checkout. Most food products are not subject to tax!
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that you include your order number in the email.

We ship to Canada and the USA.
Canada (ON + QC): $12 for orders below $120. FREE on orders $120+ (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations).
Canada (AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, PE + SK): $14 for orders below $120. FREE on orders $120+ (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations).
Canada (NL, NT, NU + YT): $16 for orders below $120. FREE on orders $120+ (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations).
USA: All orders are subject to a $20 shipping fee.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days (excludes holidays). Shipping times may be slightly longer during sales (i.e. Black Friday)!
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll notify you by email and provide you with the tracking information for your package! This link is typically updated within 24 hours and, if you ever happen to lose that email, please note that you can also retrieve your tracking information from your Order History when signed into your account! Use this number to track your shipment online or reply to any of your order update emails. We will be happy to help you track your order!
We are super confident you will be happy with your products! In the odd case that a product doesn't work for you, we will happily accept a return!
Note: We cannot accept returns on food items or any item that is consumed (i.e. supplements), unless of course there is an issue with the item.
To start a return, email us at email@example.com letting us know your order number and the items you'd like to return. For Canadian orders, we will provide a return shipping label. We cannot provide a return shipping label for US orders (we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience), but can gladly still accept returns that the buyer ships back!
A return shipping fee will apply. Return shipping fees are as follows:

US: Buyer is responsible for shipping and fees!
We pack all of your orders with care to prevent them becoming damaged in the shipping process. In the unlikely case that your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us and include a photo of the damaged item so that we can send you a replacement!
