Turkey tail: Used to assist in smoother digestion thanks to the prebiotics (gut health!) it is said to offer, it may also act as a super strong anti-viral, + ally in modulating the immune system. Turkey tail has been said to support those going through chemotherapy.

True cinnamon:  This beautiful, warming spice is used as an anti-inflammatory, a powerful antioxidant, + an antimicrobial, which may in turn support your immune system. True cinnamon may help support healthy blood pressure levels + improve circulation. What’s more, true (ceylon) cinnamon has been used to help stabilize blood sugar levels as well as protect neurons which may help prevent neurodegenerative disease.

Lucuma: Rich in anxiotidants which protect cells in the body from free radicals. Lucuma is also touted for its high fiber content, helping the digestive system function properly.

Maca: Maca has been used as a source of nourishment and healing for millennia; and has long been used to increase stamina, boost libido, and combat fatigue. The root is a superb adaptogen, as it helps the body to more easily adjust to and regulate stress factors imposed upon it. Maca is a complete protein, containing all essential amino acids, and is a terrific source of many vitamins and minerals.

What’s more, it may also increase the bioavailability of curcumin which is known to be the active compound found in turmeric.
