We ship across Canada and the U.S. and process orders within three business days!

● Orders below $120 are subject to the following shipping rates:

— AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, PE & SK: $14
— NL, NT, NU & YT: $16

U.S.
● Ship from U.S. warehouse
● Free on orders $120+
● $12 USD flat rate shipping for orders below $120

*All duties, taxes, and tariffs are included. We guarantee you will never have additional charges on delivery.*

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your products! However, if something doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. 

To start a return, email us at hello@thebreakfastpantry.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll provide a return shipping label. 

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are as follows:

CANADA
-ON & QC: $12 CAD
-AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, PE & SK: $14 CAD
-NL, NT, NU & YT: $16 CAD

U.S.
-$12 USD flat rate

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please accept our sincere apologies! Email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s), and we’ll send a replacement!

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments can only be requested on marked-down items that are in-stock (at the time of request) within the 14-day return period.
