Make the season bright with these limited time only sprouted spelt gingerbread cookies! Soft, chewy and perfectly spicy, just like grandma used to make. All you need to add is butter and molasses, vegan alterations available on the package. Made with organic whole grain Ontario spelt.
Helpful equipment: rolling pin and cookie cutters. If you don’t have a rolling pin, a round bottle or jar works too. If you don’t have cookie cutters, skip the chilling step and roll tablespoons of dough into balls. Flatten to about 1/4″ thick and bake as usual (makes round cookies)!
