A delicious blend of sprouted grains and seeds, lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup. Why Sprout? Sprouting grains and seeds makes them much more nutritious! As well, Elxr’s granola is dehydrated at a low temperature, maintaining the nutritional integrity of the fats in the seeds. It has a high proportion of seeds as they contain protein and healthy fats, keeping us satisfied. The whole grains and seeds, as well as the coconut, contain plenty of insoluble and soluble fiber, which improves satiety and controls blood sugar.
