● For an iced latte: mix with a splash of boiling water. Add 1 cup of cold "milk" and ice. Sweeten to taste.
● For a hot latte: mix with a splash of boiling water. Add 1 cup of hot frothed "milk" and ice. Sweeten to taste.

This blend is high in iron and great for helping with after workout repair. It’s also an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C and folic acid- making it great for pregnancy.
