● For an iced latte: mix with a splash of boiling water. Add 1 cup of cold "milk" and ice. Sweeten to taste.
● For a hot latte: mix with a splash of boiling water. Add 1 cup of hot frothed "milk" and ice. Sweeten to taste.

This blend is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, iron and fibre. It's high in antioxidants and may help lower blood sugar and boost the immune system.
